Ms. Kaplan received her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice before New York and New Jersey State and Federal courts. Before starting her own practice, Ms. Kaplan’s diverse legal experience included working as an Advocate for a Legal Aid Society, Bankruptcy Division, working for a commercial litigation firm and a Family Court judge. Ms. Kaplan also worked as an Attorney for a non for profit organization, where she adjudicated individual cases of victims of Holocaust against Swiss Banks. Ms. Kaplan’s practice is concentrated in areas of Bankruptcy law and debt negotiations, formation and dissolution of businesses, drafting and revising of contracts and matrimonial law. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Memorandum of Law Editor and a member of the Executive Board of the school’s Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Alexandrovskaya is admitted to practice before New York and New Jersey State and Federal courts. Before starting her own practice, Ms. Alexandrovskaya worked as legal counsel to a major brokerage firm and investment bank, advising the firm’s executives in such areas as trusts & estates, securities, corporate and banking laws, drafting various corporate documents and litigating various disputes. She also worked for a law firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration, The Legal Aid Society, Civil Division-Trial Unit and Federal Trade Commission.
